The NH MTSS-B Technical Assistance (TA) Center was developed in 2020 as a partnership between the NH Department of Education’s (NHED) Office of Social and Emotional Wellness (OSEW) and the Behavioral Health Improvement Institute (BHII) at Keene State College, which serves as a MTSS-B technical assistance provider and external evaluator for OSEW.
