Megan serves as the director of the MTSS-B TA Center team, while also providing external evaluation and technical assistance services for additional projects at BHII. Trained as a clinical psychologist, Megan specializes primarily in the evaluation of and technical assistance for multi-tiered systems of supports and mental health integration for the NH Department of Education, their subgrantees, and other school districts. Megan applies her clinical psychology background and love of logic to create tools that enhance behavioral health practice, believing that a deep understanding of the practice and connection with stakeholders are the strongest routes to effective implementation support and evaluation.
Lisa serves as the project analyst for the MTSS-B TA Center. In this role, Lisa supports the TA Center in all things data including the design and management of the cloud-based data collection platform and creating data visualizations to drive MTSS-B implementation. Trained as a social worker, Lisa believes in the power of data to help effect change in complex systems.
Becky serves as the Project Manager/Evaluator for the MTSS-B TA Center. She lends her background in behavioral health, public health, training, and organizational leadership to provide day-to day management of NH MTSS-B TA Center initiatives.
Heather serves as the NH MTSS-B TA Center’s MTSS-B Consultant for the North Country and Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Heather is an educator with 20 years’ experience teaching health and wellness education. Her experiences include working with at-risk youth and serving as an EMT. Heather believes early interventions can help promote positive outcomes for youth and their families and that the integration of proper supports empowers communities to live healthier lives by improving their overall well-being.
Stefanie serves as the NH MTSS-B TA Center’s MTSS-B Consultant for the southeast region of NH. Stefanie has advanced public education for over 20 years in a variety of capacities from teacher to school board member. With her background in secondary education, experiential SEL programming, and academic research, Stefanie coaches schools and districts in MTSS-B implementation and is driven by her belief that all students can thrive with the right supports.
Katherine serves as the NH MTSS-B TA Center’s MTSS-B Consultant for the South Central Region of New Hampshire. Katherine has over ten years of experience in public education and holds an MA in International Conflict Resolution and an MAT in Secondary Education from American University. She works alongside districts who are implementing MTSS-B to incorporate evidence-based behavioral health services and supports in schools.
Molly serves as the NH MTSS-B TA Center’s MTSS-B Consultant for Southwest New Hampshire. Molly has been in the field of education for over a decade as an educator, curriculum creator, consultant, and local budget committee member. Trained as an early childhood educator, Molly believes that creating an integrated system of behavioral health and wellness supports ensures all students are ready to learn.
